  • Senior managers and executives who can benefit from exploring their management style and other leadership concerns
  • Major changes such as rapid growth, reorganization, or downsizing that leave workforces reeling
  • Conflict between individuals or groups
  • Other consultants (both internal and external) to assist them in identifying and resolving difficult client issues
Tom's style, comfortable yet persistent, encourages people to open up, and pushes them to action. His clients say: "He's willing to deal with tough issues...Although he excels in working with people, emotions, and the 'soft' issues, he is a disciplined planner and very organized...Keeps things on track superbly...Easy to trust...Understands the executive perspective-a superb coach...Gains team's confidence immediately...Has integrity, insightful...Gives honest feedback."

Tom's book, How to Select and Work with Consultants: A Guide for Clients (Crisp Publications, 1990), offers practical tips for getting the best from consultants. His articles have appeared in a variety of business and professional publications.
